If you’re asking yourself how did Mariah Carey succeed return to shape and look skinny than ever after a birth of the twins Monroe and Moroccan 6 months ago, there is the answer: the singer and the new mother revealed she is the new presenter of the diet method Jenny, formerly Jenny Craig, and also the fact she lost 35 kilograms from her weight.

Her new look, gave Carey (42) complimentary cover on Us Weekly magazine and an interview on Rosie O’Donnell’s show. Mariah told she decided to start with the diet after she saw a picture of her with the priest Al Sharpton in the hospital, not so long after the birth. “I looked at myself in the picture, and I was thinking to myself ‘who the hell is this?’ At the time I thought I looked good” she says.

In the diet, says Carey, she clung to a 1,500-calorie menu and was practicing 5-6 times a week. “When I just started I was very strict with myself. In order to lose weight you must eat the things you like to eat, just in the right quantities. I wouldn’t say it was very hard but it demanded lots of concentration and persistence”.

The summer is already behind us, but it doesn’t mean we won’t win to see more photos of Rihanna in that tiny bikini. The star uploaded some more photos of her from her last vacation in Italy, where she was spending time with her friends, drinking champagne and beer and especially, modeling a fine body and a naughty attitude.
